How should I prepare for my initial consultation?
Our initial consultation will allow me to get to know you, your home, and the amount of work that needs to be done. This allows me to closely examine the contents, evaluate how much cleaning and organizing needs to be done before your estate sale, and provide you with an accurate timeline.
Remote consultations are available if needed. If we will be meeting remotely, please provide me with as many photos as possible.
What do you charge?
In attempt to be completely transparent, all of our pricing is available up front. However, some pricing may vary as a result of the size of the property, the need for deep cleaning, or the need for removal of many large items.
Estates sale fees are percentage based. I make a percentage of the proceeds of your sale. You pay nothing in advance unless we have agreed to additional pre-sale services, such as pre-sale deep cleaning.

Sales with proceeds up to $8,000 will be charged 30%
Sales with proceeds of $10,000+ will be charged 25%
